U Drama?



How do u deal with drama when its comes to u? Especially does drama Queen? Ignore? Fight with it like a chick in the street? No offense. I didn't mention who is who unless, u admit that is u?

Here's a best way, always calm when drama comes to u. Try your best to collect some evidence that can prove you, it might takes time, but trust me once u get the evidence in ur hand. To deal with Drama, U are totally win. Those who like a whore when drama comes then keep fight back ( causes u image spoilt, = no different in market both woman fight with the fish price) Agree? 

Another cases that I met:


It's a ring the cherry broken, in the second day, Luckily I feel it and keep it first.

the second day before I wear, the flower top drop!wtf!

I bought this two items in the Sunway Pyramid at a shop call Da Louis. Guess what, I wear two days then its broke. I buy this during their shop new open, the problem is I didnt wear and just put a side, two weeks later I wear and its broke. Ok, I was freaking angry cause the shop is not cheap, Price is like Diva,  and It's only 2 days. I never bought stuff that don't even last a week.

What I do:

I searching those price tag, receipt, the shop plastic bag. But I know all ladies like me, won't keep those receipt and stuff. It takes me quite a few days to search. At the end I find price tag and the plastic bag, Receipt gone. The next day, I been to the stall and here is the conversation:

Me              : Hey, why i buy those product not even last then 2 days spoilt? ( showing them everything)
Salesgirl A  : Miss, don't put hot temper on me, pls calm down...
Me              : U r workers and u treat customer not to put temper on u? Problems is your product is not              cheap, the price is like Diva, and now u told me i shouldn't put temper on u.
                   ( I didnt even use loud voice scold her, I just asking with a bit heavy and suspicious her            product voice)
Salesgirl A : But so far, we never receive any customer complain. ( see, they just dont want be responsible, wht would u answer?)
Me            : Oh, i see, means im the unique customer lah?

Salesgirl A : No,no, did u bring ur receipt? 
Me            : I don't have, u think i already predicted it would spoilt one, and keep the receipt and all?
( normally, when u dont have evidence, u definitely don't know how to answer, don't panic, u can put back the ques to her in another way like what i response the receipt)

Salesgirl A: I'm just a worker, pls don't put your temper to me. wht u want me to do?

Me            : Hei, now u put back the question to customer,that wht I want u to do? and told me i don't put temper on u, did ur boss told u customer is always right, and now u told me i shouldn't do this and that? are u proffesional? if u don't know how to deal this, ask ur boss to talk to me.

Salesgirl A: my boss has gone oversea to purchase product. how about I exchange product for u?

Me           : ok, now u exchange to me and I spoilt I come, Spoilt I come again? I ratheer i want cash back lah, for what I want ur product again? ( Basically, I know impossible to return cash for customer, but I also dont want their product, it is not comfortable me to use anymore.)

Me         : I know cash won't be refund, and u guys should know that, product comes u guys should check every details, not just sell like that and treat ur customer like that after it spoilt.

Salesgirl A: U expect me to check every single accesories? ( angry comes and she just panic)

Me          : oh, now u put back the Question to customer, if u, product price like Diva and u use not even 2 days then spoilt, how u react?
( remember u r customer, always don't need to answers the question that u shouldn't answer, throw back the Ques to the stall)

Salesgirl A: ~... maybe u left ur contact num and name, once my boss back, i call her to call u.

Me         : Better.

Salegirl was super smart to argue with me, since I still don't have receipt. A lots of people end up in the case either angry and ran off / exchange items back. But mine purpose is not to ran off or exchange, the stall will just think, oh easy deal. If its last quite long and its broke, I appreciate it but now it is 2 days, and I'm more temper when she said I never receive others customer complain. This was let people freaking out and angry comes, so U must always remember, u r customer, customer is always right and teach them a lesson, did ur boss told u to treat customer like that? NOw, either the boss came to apologies and admit that they didn't check when product comes. ( I want the answer is just a good manner apologies, u exchange back product to me, I would said no, I don't want kena third time like tht, wasting my time.)



This will be my last visit, no more. Disappointed stall.
